Saana Rossi is one of Finland's best-known HR and recruitment professionals, speaker, advisor, and author. Saana has worked in HR, recruitment, and communication for 15 years and has recruited thousands of professionals during her career. Saana worked for a long time at the technology company Vincit (Europe's best workplace 2016 & Finland's best workplace 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2022 by Great Place To Work) e.g. as a Chief People and Success Officer. In the fall of 2021, she left her day job as an HR Director and went to pursue her childhood dream as a writer. In addition to writing, Saana consults on management, culture, and growth and works as an advisor to companies, and sits on boards. Saana's first book, Rekrytoija, was published in 2020. In 2018, she was awarded Finland's first Recruiter of the Year.

Jussi Tolvanen (Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration) is a people-centered leader, who believes that good leadership plays a key role in the development of both a company and its employees – helping them to grow and succeed. Jussi has wide-ranging experience in IT. He joined DNA as CEO in 2021, coming from Microsoft.

Susanne Grahn has been with Specsavers Sweden AB as Head of HR for one year and joined just before Specsavers became Sweden´s Best Workplace 2022. She has experience from running her own business as HR Consultant, working with management teams and organizations, and previously worked for the union Unionen. From this she gained a lot of insight about how organizational structure affects the ways leaders can work and support their employees and how that in turn affects how people experience their work days. Susanne holds a Bachelor in Occupational and Organizational Psychology and is also a qualified ICF Coach.

Katariina Jalas started at EY in 2019 and is now the HR Director at EY Finland and the Nordic HRBP for Strategy and Transactions. Katariina has more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources and is also a qualified Career and Leadership Coach. Katariina has lived and worked in a number of countries and has held HR positions within the financial services, transportation and consultancy sectors. Katariina holds an MBA from London Business School and an MA in English and French from the University of Helsinki in addition to her coaching qualifications.

Minna Ruusuvuori is a modern and energetic growth leader, non-fiction author, podcaster and keynote speaker with almost 25 years of experience in sales and marketing. Minna is passionate about good, human and people-centric leadership as an enabler for a better working life. Minna's voice is familiar from numerous podcasts. She co-hosts with Liisa Holma and Ulla Jones one of Finland's most popular podcasts, "Exiters", which provides a voice to those who have exited their jobs for various reasons, e.g. leadership or culture-related issues.
