Ella Kanninen is a well known and experienced Finnish journalist and tv-host. Her career began with Yle's Morning TV and she has worked as a news anchor on TV1 and as a journalist-host on the 'Puoli seitsemän' program. Ella is fluent in six languages and has written several books about Italian culture and food.

Katharina Falke is a global HR leader with extensive experience in transforming HR organizations through technology and process innovation. In her current role, she leads a strategic initiative across Time and Payroll, with a strong focus on transforming the current operations to driving standardization, digitalization and improving operational performance.
Over the years, Katharina has held various roles that combined HR expertise with system ownership and project leadership, giving her a deep understanding of how to align technology with business needs. She is passionate about leveraging technology, of which now also AI is obviously part of, to enable creating more data driven, efficient, and people-centric HR environments.

She emphasizes the concept of collective work ability—the shared responsibility of culture, collaboration, and people at work.

Karolina Sveiby is an experienced pedagogue and team leader with solid expertise in intercultural communication. She has over 25 years of experience in the education and creative industries. In addition to teaching, her areas of expertise include developing and leading international teams as well as designing and facilitating cultural workshops.
