With a background in finance, design thinking and development, she addresses all stakeholders in the building lifecycle&supports the transformation of the building industry to a digitally enabled and experience-focused one. She is based in Switzerland and a mother of two.

Sandra is leading talent development for Kemira, She believes in every person’s potential to transform their careers, their company and their industry for a more sustainable society.
As part of Kemira’s senior HR leadership team, she work in close collaboration with the management board to make sure the approach to talent will help achieve our business strategy. Her responsibilities include leadership development, succession planning, talent acquisition, future competences, continuous employee listening models and employee engagement.
Her 30 years of multi-sector experience include regional and global HR roles with Dell and EY. An Irish national with an international career that has spanned the UK, Papua New Guinea & South Pacific Islands and now Finland. Today she lives outside of Helsinki with her family.

Tim is responsible for creating global concepts and strategies for the LEGO Group's workplaces and ensuring that these are distilled into the everyday workplace experience of the company's 18,000+ employees. Tim is currently designing unique LEGO concepts and experiences for the LEGO Group's new global headquarter in Denmark, the 55,000 sq. m. LEGO Campus set to open in 2022.
Tim has delivered and managed workspaces across the UK, Denmark, East Asia, the Middle East and East Africa.

Nelia is responsible for Global HR Operations, including support for employees and leaders, recruitment, learning and development, compensation and benefits, global mobility, payroll and industrial relations.
Prior to joining Hydro she has held senior leadership positions for multinational organizations including ADP, Convergys, NGA Human Resources and Anglo American.
She is a member of Hydro HR Executive Committee and Chairman of HR Change Board.

Borbála is a certified internal Master Coach and an HR professional with wide experience in Human Resources, specialising in leadership and talent development. She has worked as Global Leadership program manager responsible for “experiential learning” programs, as Business TLO supporting the Nokia Europe region in talent and performance management. She is interested in gamification and creating new solutions - linked to leadership development, diversity and inclusion.
She has also worked as consultant, translator and interpreter. By education she is originally a teacher in English and a lecturer in Scandinavian languages and literature, and is passionate about culture, mental health and helping people learn and grow.

He’s particularly interested in the costs and benefits of contingent work and is looking for answers to the question: “why do companies compose their workforce as they do?”
